Prior to operating Potomac Premier Properties Mr. Drummond spent 20 with several of the Clark Companies as a develper where he developed over 4,000 multifamily units and over 300,000 square feet of data centers both domestically and internationaly.
While many of the larger brokerages have been purchased by large national companies located outside the DC metro, area we are locally based and owned. Our primary markets served are: Potomac, Bethesda, Chevy Chase, NW Washington, McLean, Great Falls, Arlington and Alexandria. We only do a select number of transactions to assure each client receives the highest level of service necessary to provide a seamless real estate transaction.

No we will not buy your home. We hear this pitch from other real estate professionals but we would rather sell your property. Yes we do purchase a lot of real estate but when we do we negotiate to get the lowest price. When we list your home for sale we negotiate to get the highest price so as you can see this is not the best option for a seller because our goals would no longer be aligned.
